You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your repair facility or organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Use of the Service
Variance AI provides tools to help collision repair professionals compare estimates, document discrepancies, and communicate with carriers. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not misrepresent AI-generated outputs as guaranteed outcomes.
3. Customer content
You retain ownership of estimates, documents, messages, and other materials you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant Variance AI a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including automated analysis features.
4. AI-assisted features
The Service may generate summaries, comparisons, and suggested language using automated systems. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, insurance, or repair advice. You remain responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them in business decisions or external communications.
5. Fees and billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your order form. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply based on your billing address.
6. Confidentiality and security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Content. You agree not to share access credentials and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Variance AI disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Variance AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, subject to any data export options we make available.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
